Pure Power Detail

Moving from San Diego to Phoenix, one thing I worried about was finding a good detailer. I had a detailer in San Diego for 20 years. We detail regularly, and our cars have been ceramic coated and wrapped in PPF, so they’ve always been taken care of. Pure Power came recommended by a high-end PPF and ceramic shop, and I realize now how lucky we were to get that referral. These guys have a real passion for making cars look perfect. Our first job with them was a black BMW SUV, which is about as unforgiving as it gets. I was sold. Not a swirl anywhere, just a glass-like shine from every angle. Wheels spotless inside and out, windows streak free. If you care about your cars, take them here. Customer satisfaction and getting it perfect are clearly the top priority for them. Highly recommend.

Aiden did great work! I've used Pure Power Detail a couple times now and the service is wonderful. Both techs and owner were friendly & responsive. Full Service detail for a 4Runner is reasonably priced & highly recommended.

Top notch customer service. Took amazing care of my C63 Edition 1, gave it the love it needed. Jack was fantastic throughout the entire process

As we get older we need assistance. My brother, who is a disabled Veteran, needed his truck cleaned and because of equipment on the truck bed, he cannot use the car wash. Jack, Pure Power, arrived with the impressive Mobil van and went to work. This self contained unit has all the liquids needed to do an excellent job; including the tires. If for any reason you cannot clean the exterior of your vehicle, this is the company for you. Thank you Jack for good customer service and an excellent job.

This was the worst detailing experience I’ve ever had. It will only let me attach photos, but I have several videos to back up this review as well. I hired this company because I spilled some paint on my passenger-side floorboard and needed it removed quickly. They have tons of 5-star reviews, so I felt confident booking them. I clearly explained the paint situation when I called and they scheduled someone for the next morning. The detailer showed up 15 min late and then had to leave to put gas in the generator before starting. In hindsight I guess that should have been my first red flag but it wasn’t a big deal to me. After he finished, he told me none of the paint could be removed... so I checked, and the paint looked exactly the same. It was still on the carpet and the metal/plastic parts at the bottom of the seat. I asked “it wouldn’t even come off the plastic or metal parts?” To which he replied “no it’s really painted on there” then I literally scratched the paint with my fingernail and it came right off. (I have a video clearly showing this) He said his boss would call me to handle payment since they couldn’t remove the paint. No one called. Then I noticed the rest of t
